Story about The Fox and The Grapes

Author: Aesop

Story:

Once upon a time, a fox was walking through a forest when he spotted a bunch of ripe, juicy grapes hanging from a vine. They looked so delicious that the fox's mouth started to water. He decided he must have those grapes.

The grapes were hanging high on a vine, just out of reach. The fox jumped up to try and grab them, but he couldn't reach them. He tried and tried, leaping as high as he could, but the grapes were too high.

After several attempts, the fox became tired and frustrated. He sat down on the ground, looked up at the grapes, and said to himself, "Those grapes are probably sour anyway. I don't really want them."

Then, the fox walked away, pretending he didn't care about the grapes at all.

Moral of the Story:

It's easy to despise what you can't have.
